2021 brought a good deal of changes to my life professional and personally. Through all of them, I had another great year as my business continued to grow.

In 2021, I was able to help clients to the tune of $2.3 Million in transactions. This number would not be possible without the trust of my clients and their referrals (thank you). It also would not be possible without the professionals on the other side of table as well as behind the scenes.
Thank you to all my title and lenders who made sure these deals closed on time or early in a fast paced market.

While that number seems small, it is only the beginning of what I can accomplish. With that being said, I have decided to join Berkshire Hathaway to utilize the systems and technology necessary to further develop and grow my business!

To all my past clients, I say thank you. To all my future clients, I say “welcome” and I look forward to helping you find your new home!

So much change and so much to be thankful for this year. We have had our challenges both professional and personal, but we were able to celebrate so much joy.

We celebrated our family being together again this year. We celebrated our first Christmas as a married couple. Little Nacho celebrated his first Christmas with us (did he enjoy it- we think so). We celebrated a season of change and look forward to many more christmases together.

We hope everyone had a Merry Christmas and look forward to a Happy New Year! Now it is literally time for a NAP

Ok, let’s be honest even real estate agents take days off. Nothing wrong with that. We have lives, families or other interests or clients (contrary to what our clients may think).

I had a client text me while I was at home. She knew Wednesdays were typically my “out of office” day, but she saw a property that she was very interested in. She said it’s ok, wait until tomorrow, I’m in no rush. This is a 🔥🔥🔥market I said, and in a desirable area, there WILL be a rush!!!

Within minutes I was at the office, pulling disclosures, comps and trying to set up a showing tomorrow morning because in this market, you need to move fast. Moral of the story is this, you may not be the busiest agent or the most well known, but if you treat your clients, like they are your only client, you will reap the benefit of that work, 1,5, 10 times over in your career.

The end of an era.....

I have called this charming house in Shadyside home for the past 4 years. Graduate school at Pittsburgh, my job at Highmark and the start of my real estate career. There have been good memories with family and friends. There have been sad moments and frustration (mainly living with roommates who mess with the thermostat too much). All in all, it has been a great experience and the rent couldn’t be beat! Also, location, location, location. It is probably a good thing I am moving away from several craft beer places!
