Congratulations to Downtown Beaver’s newest neighbor!📍

2022 is the year of closing long open files… which translates to getting houses for long time friends!

I first showed Liz a house in 2017 and last week she closed on a great starter home right in the heart of Downtown Beaver!

Congratulations, Ashley! This was the first house I showed Ashley, and she fell in love right away. She said she would… and she wasn’t kidding!
