Lofts of Mt Washington (formerly Prospect School) was built in the 1930s, and the Art Deco style architecture is still as stunning and prominent as ever. As history buffs and architecture enthusiasts, we're glad so much of the original character of this building has been preserved in its new life.

The Garden was built in 1915, and has been through a lot over the past century. Bringing it back to life meant holding onto the details that made it special in the first place.

What a week for Pittsburgh! The 2026 NFL Draft brought an incredible energy to the city, and it was hard to miss how much of that excitement was centered right here in our backyard.

Arts Landing, right next door to our Eighth & Penn development, was buzzing throughout the event, and it was great seeing this part of the city shine!
