I work in real estate so I can spend all my commissions on concert tickets.

My Summer Concert Series was a little out of control this year… and I regret absolutely nothing.

So many shows, so many late nights, so many “okay THIS one was my favorite” moments. There’s just something about live music in the summer that I can’t say no to.

Houses sold ➡️ concert tickets purchased.
Basically, I have a very sophisticated financial plan. 😂

Sometimes the best thing you can do for your business is step away from it for a minute.

I love real estate, I love my clients, and I’m usually never really off the clock… but this weekend I traded showings, contracts, negotiations and my phone for time with some of my favorite girlfriends.

Lots of laughs, great food, card games, cocktails, and the kind of conversations that fill your cup.

It’s my birthday month, so in honor of Virgo season, here are a few things you should know about having a Virgo as your real estate agent:

✨ I noticed the crooked cabinet before we even walked into the kitchen.
📋 Your transaction has a checklist. And that checklist probably has a checklist.
🏡 I will analyze every comp within a 5-mile radius like there’s going to be a test.
📱 I’ve already followed up before you thought to ask me to follow up.
🔍 “Good enough” is not really in my vocabulary.
💰 I will obsess over the details of your deal like it’s my own money.
📝 And yes, I read the entire contract. Every. Single. Word.

Virgos may be known as perfectionists… but when you’re buying or selling one of your biggest assets, is that really such a bad thing?

Another trip around the sun — still overthinking, over-preparing, and over-delivering.
