My buyers Lucius and Hannah are both Principals at the Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre. They have a bright and energetic 4-yr-old son named Teddy. In his spare time, believe it or not, Lucius renovates houses. And today they closed on their Mt Lebanon home. A slate and stone Tudor that needs a little TLC, but is nothing renaissance man Lucius can't handle himself! Congrats, guys .... you are going to work your magic here as well!

Closing Day for this family who purchased a little fixer-upper in McKeesport. They weren't just happy, they said they were blessed. Their "Thank You" text is in the comments. I cried. This is why I do what I do.
