About Us

Real estate is our blood! We both grew up around the real estate industry. Our parents/grandparents owned a local real estate brokerage located in Carnegie, PA for many years (Florence Real Estate), and Susan has been an agent with Howard Hanna Real Estate Services for over 20 years.

Susan:

Kaitlyn: Prior to becoming a full-time Realtor with Howard Hanna, I worked for a small, prestigious commercial real estate development and property management company for 9 years. I wore many hats within the company, ranging from property management, accounting, marketing, project management, IT support and general office management. I was very lucky to have gained invaluable experience and knowledge in every aspect of the real estate business during my time there.

I graduated from LaRoche College in 2009 with a Bachelors Degree in Graphic & Communication Design with minors in both Marketing and Information Technology. I went on to earn my Masters in Business Administration from Robert Morris University in 2014. My education and work experience provides me with the knowledge and background to put together the best possible marketing campaign for my clients looking to sell their home, and navigating through and finding the perfect home for my clients looking to buy. I am excited to assist you in the process of selling and/or buying your home. It can easily be a stressful experience, and my goal is to make the process as smooth as possible. My background has honed my creative thinking, troubleshooting and problem solving skills, which are invaluable resources to get you across the finish line and to the closing table!
