We decided to take a chance and do one of the units as an Airbnb. It turned out to be the best decision we've made.

Kitchen Transformation🥶
Before 👉🏾 After

The most important part of your remodel is how the kitchen and bathrooms turn out.

It’s ALL about the small details (clean grout, straight cabinet handles, backsplash installed properly, etc) when trying to get TOP💰for a flip project. So plan to spend a little more time on those projects.

I can totally understand you are on vacation and wanted to let lose a little. But please have consideration for the host. This is extremely UNACCEPTABLE and just pitiful. This is by far the worst guest we have had since joining the short term rental platforms.

We understand that it could definitely be worse, so we try and roll with the punches. We refuse to let 1 bad experience ruin 100 good ones.

With any business, you have to be able to outweigh the bad with good.

Ps. That guest won’t be staying with us again🙅🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️

I always get this question…

❇️ What‘s 1 Thing That’s Needed For Every Airbnb??

I can’t be everywhere all the time, so nothing tops having keyless entry to all my places.

Im able to grant access to whoever for however long I want. The goal is to minimize your reasons for having to show up at the place in between check-ins.

Let me know what your Airbnb must have is. Do you agree??

We Were Just As Surprised As Everyone Else 🤓

When we decided to jump into this business we had ambitious goals. We really didn’t know what to expect from the short term rental market.

Mannn, did we learn quickly! Literally the next day after going LIVE we had a check-in.

Mind you, we didn’t have the general essentials toilet paper, paper towels, spices, etc.

So we had to run out that evening to purchase everything we needed to make sure the guest check in was perfect.

Ever since that day, it’s been the best decision for our business!

When doing a major renovation for the first time, which includes a kitchen, bathroom, exterior update, or changing the interior layout. I HIGHLY recommend having an architect walk the property with you to draw up some options for you.

When dealing with a contractor for the first time. You want to make sure EVERYBODY is on the SAME page. It’s very easy for words to get lost in conversation, but when you have it drawn out with measurements included. EVERYONE can be on the same page. Spend the extra money💸 it’s worth the piece of mind💆🏾‍♂️
