Position: Maintenance Technician

Applicants should have a general knowledge of all areas of home maintenance: painting, minor plumbing, minor electrical, flooring, and light carpentry skills. Applicants should be motivated, reliable and trustworthy.

Must have a valid driver’s license, own a vehicle, have vehicle insurance, and be able to pass a criminal background check.

Residential Resources, Inc has a terrific benefits package which includes health insurance, dental, eye and life insurance, 9% retirement contribution, PTO package, cell phone and mileage reimbursement.

Starting pay range is $20-$25 an hour depending on experience.

Residential Resources, Inc is currently looking to hire up to two to three seasonal/summer-time helpers, 30-40 hours per week. Duties will include light maintenance work, such as pressure washing, staining, minor painting, clean-up and assisting full-time maintenance staff. Training will be provided. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, have valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. We offer a competitive salary, mileage reimbursement and flexible hours.
