Korbel provides facility, property, and construction management oversight services for Oxford Development Company’s South Hills portfolio, managing day-to-day operations, maintenance supervision, and overall property oversight. She also oversees all property management functions for Caste Village, a 220,000-square-foot retail and office center.

With years of property management experience, Korbel previously managed an extensive portfolio for Riva Ridge Real Estate Services and Highwoods Properties, including a 32-story, 615,000-square-foot commercial high-rise and capital projects ranging from $100K–$5M.

As Director, Risk and Compliance, she oversees Oxford’s risk management and loss prevention programs, including insurance procurement, compliance policies and procedures, and claims management.

Since joining the company in 1986, Renae has held several key roles within property management before stepping into her corporate role as Risk Manager in 1993. Her leadership, expertise, and longstanding dedication continue to make a lasting impact at Oxford.
