She also oversees all property management functions for Caste Village, a 220,000-square-foot retail and office center.

With years of property management experience, Korbel previously managed an extensive portfolio for Riva Ridge Real Estate Services and Highwoods Properties, including a 32-story, 615,000-square-foot commercial high-rise and capital projects ranging from $100K–$5M.

With nearly four decades at Oxford, Renae has played an integral role in shaping and strengthening our organization. As Director, Risk and Compliance, she oversees Oxford’s risk management and loss prevention programs, including insurance procurement, compliance policies and procedures, and claims management.

Since joining the company in 1986, Renae has held several key roles within property management before stepping into her corporate role as Risk Manager in 1993. Her leadership, expertise, and longstanding dedication continue to make a lasting impact at Oxford.

A licensed Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson and active member of the Risk and Insurance Management Society, Renae brings deep industry knowledge and a commitment to excellence to everything she does. We’re proud to spotlight her and celebrate her contributions to the Oxford team!
