I have a knack for finding the fixer uppers with secret gardens! This $70k side by side Victorian is in Knoxville and I’m super smitten. Mature Arborviate, a Smoke Tree that was lovingly maintained and pruned for a LONG time, angel baby fountain, decorative grasses, lil porch, and gorgeous iron gates! The inside is orginial wood everywhere, spectacular newel post, curved stairs and railing, and, of course, some gorgeous wallpaper. Plus some moderately creepy children’s art!
Someone please buy this before a certain gentrifying, for profit, “community redevelopment” company gobbles it up!
