Just like theatre professionals should hire other professionals when they are working on something they are not qualified for (fights, intimacy, choreography), I believe artists should work with professionals when / if they consider buying property. Looks like I'm not alone. This is a process many of us are unfamiliar with, and it's good to find some guidance.

The large majority (89%) of homebuyers in America use a real estate agent to help them through the process.

Went to my first Pittsburgh Riverhounds game last night. 1-1 tie with North Carolina SC.

I won’t the tickets at Britsburgh’s . I will definitely be going back!
