There’s a lot of noise in the real estate industry right now about listings, portals, private networks… all of it.

Here’s our take.

We’re not leaving the MLS. We helped build the infrastructure around it.

HannaList is an enhancement — not a replacement.

This isn’t about hiding listings. It’s about giving sellers more control over timing, presentation, and strategy before their property hits every portal online.

If the landscaper finishes Friday, why force the listing live on Wednesday?

Agents enter the listing once. The property can still automatically push to the MLS. Sellers get flexibility. Agents get smarter workflow. Buyers still get exposure.

We’ve been in this business since before the internet replaced dumb terminals. Every major industry shift sounds scary at first.
