I incorporate my photography, in

novative social media and individual property marketing into a creative strategy – unique to each property listing. From the historic preservation of an old Victorian, to the development of green construction with re-purposed building materials to contemporary renovations and exquisite luxury homes, I am fortunate to sell some of Pittsburgh’s most amazing real estate. At the heart of my business is an extended network of professionals, savvy agents, talented artists and designers who all assist in high quality, fast sales and happy clients.

Building something from nothing is almost the hardest thing I’ve ever done. Lots of starts and stops. Choosing to keep going decade after decade, that’s the real win, and also the most clarifying.

I’m 51…say what?! How did that happen. I’ve reinvented, evolved, and questioned everything, including myself.

I’ve considered giving up more times than I’ll admit. But that’s never actually been an option.

This isn’t about real estate. This is about being a woman in business, building on your own terms, and refusing to stop becoming.

If you’re in it too, I see you and would love to hear what you’re starting or stopping and building in your world.

I shot this clip of my own house so you’d stop apologizing before I walk through yours.

Real life looks like dishes in the sink, plants that may or may not make it, and a shop vac on the kitchen floor. All because I’m busy, and the sun is shining and I need a house manager. SHAMELESS PLUG!

We’re all living in our homes, and yours is perfect for exactly that.

When it’s time to sell, helping you get it there is my job. And when we do, you’ll say, “why didn’t I always live like this?”

Believe me, I get it. Just a little truth and a peek behind the curtain. 🌿

When you’re ready to sell in Squirrel Hill, Shadyside, Point Breeze or Highland Park, call me and we’ll talk prep. Don’t worry about the state it’s in…that’s exactly why you’re hiring me.

This will be me today…phone in one hand, some form or beverage in the other.

I’m anticipating it goes…coffee - water - wine on this sunny, very busy Sunday in April.

People always ask us real estate agents…how’s the market? How’s business? Just to give you an idea of how the market is right now…

I worked with 36 clients in 2025. As of today, early Q2, the total count of closed, pending, active and onboarding is 31 clients.

Happy Sunday! Hug your Realtor! ✨

A quiet winter Sunday. A candle lit.
And a lot happening behind the scenes.

In between getting Marc to re-watch Season One of Bridgerton with me and his daughter before the new season releases…

My weekend looked like:

• Physician relocation planning, a fellow preparing a move from the Mayo Clinic to Pittsburgh
• UPMC professional upsizing from condo living in Lawrenceville to a single-family home in North Hills
• A Hepatology physician family moving from renting in Shadyside to buying in Squirrel Hill
• Helping the parents of current local clients prepare for a move from New Jersey to Pittsburgh
• Seller strategy call to plan early showings while navigating a move out west to a new hospital system
• Final prep with a client listing her Shadyside condo next week

This slower season is where the real work happens.

We’re not rushing or reacting.

We’re getting the right pieces in place: timing, neighborhood, school district, and commute, so the move works long-term and fits the way you want to live.

If you’re part of the “Eds & Meds” world (or connected to someone who is) and quietly thinking about a move to or within Pittsburgh’s East End, this is the moment to start the conversation. Clarity comes first.

Where life and real estate meet.
