We had an outstanding experience with Brett and his team during our out-of-state property sale. Brett and Megan were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Interacting with clients on opening and processing of new title requests
Preparing closing documents in accordance with state requirements and client instructions
Review of Title Commitments for clearance
Secure lender approval of loan closing documents
Address inquiries from clients, borrowers, sellers, and real estate agents in a timely manner
Ability to communicate with all clients including financial institutions, real estate agents, real estate developers, and residential buyers/sellers
Confirm closing dates, location, documentation, and funds due at closing with real estate agents, buyers, and sellers
Ability to meet deadlines and specific time frames
Possess good customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Ability to work in an office environment with other employees
All other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalent; paralegal certificate or experience a bonus but not required
Practical work experience within real estate industry or vendor management service company
Working knowledge of real estate titles and real estate closings
Proven customer service skill
Proficiency with personal computers including Microsoft Office Suite

If/Once this is approved on the Federal level, I imagine most lenders and title companies will allow the use on Remote Online Notarization (RON) for real estate transactions. As of now, RON closings are essentially for cash buyers and sellers only.

UPDATE: It looks like we will now be able to close real estate transactions in the City of Pittsburgh in 2-3 weeks (possibly less when needed) now that PWSA has upgraded its system for dye test compliance certifications. We received a certification within an hour after we ordered it!!
