The 2025-26 Snow Angel Program is NOW OPEN and accepting applications!

The City’s Snow Angels Program pairs older residents and people with disabilities with nearby neighbors to assist with snow removal on their sidewalks and walkways.

Along with fostering stronger community relationships and relieving some of the stress that comes from a heavy snowfall or freeze, Snow Angels make our sidewalks safer for everyone.

Want to help “break the ice” for a fellow neighbor in need?

We need additional volunteers to help as many residents as possible. Sign-ups are OPEN NOW.

• Doughboy Square Apartments – (2-bedroom units only)
• Elmer Williams Square – (3- and 4-bedroom units only)
• Manchester Commons – (3- and 4-bedroom units only)
• Middle Hill Homes – (1-bedroom units only)
• Skyline Terrace – (1- and 4-bedroom units only)
• The Reed – (1- and 2-bedroom units only)
• The Reed Senior Housing – (1- and 2-bedroom units only, ages 55+)

Also at 8 a.m. MONDAY, AUG. 25, 2025, the following Project-Based Voucher Site-Based Community waiting lists will open and remain open through 1 p.m. FRIDAY, SEPT. 26, 2025:

• Fairmont Apartments – (1-bedroom units only, ages 62+)
• Lemington Senior Housing – (1-bedroom units only, ages 62+)
• Sycamore Street Apartments – (1-bedroom units only, ages 55+)
• The Commons at North Aiken – (1- and 2-bedroom units only, ages 62+)
