Sold! Just closed on my listing in Green Tree. The seller lived out of state so we handled everything from getting the house cleaned, scheduled for showings, meeting contractors, clearing out all the remaining items, getting lawn care, and getting ready for closing. So happy we were able to make this a smooth deal for the seller!
