Dormont's market isn't slowing down and the numbers back it up.

42 homes sold in the past 90 days at an average 99.7% list-to-sale price ratio. That's about as close to asking price as it gets.

What this tells you:
▪️Sellers: pricing accurately still wins. You don't need to overprice to leave room for negotiation since buyers are already paying close to ask.
▪️Buyers: lowball offers aren't landing here. If you're serious about a home in Dormont, come in close to asking or be ready to lose it.

We searched for over a year before we found our home in Upper St. Clair!

Our two must-haves were to be closer to family and have space to entertain. I know from the business that the perfect house doesn't check every box. If it covers your must-haves and most of your wants, that's home.

Location was our biggest factor. We found our home in a walkable pocket of USC with playgrounds, trails, coffee shops, restaurants, and the mall close by. And the USC school district is ranked in the top 1% in PA!
