Today, the teams of Wood Street, Centre Ave Housing, and Second Ave Commons gathered for a fun filled afternoon of games & prizes and shared a luncheon provided by Senior Property Manager Jennifer Carter and Executive Director Kevin Hanley.

The team is pictured with a new plaque commemorating their individual years of service to the Residents of Wood Street, with Tyrone Morris (holding the plaque) leading with 42 years of service!!

NDC Asset Management is pleased to announce the promotion of Dianna Sadler, Director of Compliance - Northern Division to Vice President, Director of Compliance – Northern Division and Director of Corporate Training. Dianna joined the NDC family of companies in 2008 bringing a wealth of knowledge from her past tenured positions. As Vice President, Director of Compliance – Northern Division and Director of Corporate Training, Dianna will develop and lead our company wide Staff Training Programs while continuing to directly oversee the Affordable Compliance Programs of 4,000+ residential apartment units throughout the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Virginia markets. Last week, our Managers from Scranton were a part of the Senior Fair at the Steamtown Mall. The event featured more than 50 community vendors offering assistance and information on health and wellness, finances, transportation resources, and personal care services. Great efforts as always from our managers to promote their properties and NDC!

This weekend, Spring Street Commons, NJ hosted their first annual Resident Party on the rooftop! There was a great turn out of about 30 people. Everyone had an amazing time, and our photographer captured some great moments.
