The perfect summer color? Faded Terracotta by Farrow & Ball.

This warm, earthy tone pairs beautifully with lighter creams, deep browns, and sage green.

It’s one of the most popular colors for homes this season, so if you’re looking for a way to freshen up your home’s look without making too much of a commitment, this is definitely the way to go.

There’s no off season for real estate agents, who work day and night to help you find your dream home!

When they say real estate is 24/7, they mean it 😉

You know what’s the best part about living in a house?

Renovations.

When you move into a new place, there are always things that need to be fixed or redone. The only problem is: what do you choose to renovate first?

Would you rather renovate your kitchen OR renovate your bathroom?

When you’re looking for a home, it’s important to ask the right questions. Here are some of the most essential ones:

1. What type of heating system does the home have?

2. Are there any reports on mold or pests?

3. How much does it cost to heat/cool the home?

4. How old are the appliances, and how long do they last?

5. What’s the history of the neighborhood?

6. How long has this house been on the market?

These are the questions that are going to help you find the best house for you and your family, so don’t skip over them!

The short answer is yes, it’s possible to buy a home with bad credit. The longer answer is that it’s not easy, and it will be harder for you than it would be for someone with good credit.

There are some steps you can take to improve your credit score before you start looking for a house, but once you find one you like and make an offer, the lender may require you to have a cosigner who has better credit than yours.

This cosigner would help you get approved for the loan, but would not share ownership of the house with you. If something goes wrong during the loan process—if you miss payments or fall behind on any other bills—the lender can come after your cosigner instead of going after you directly.

Don’t let what’s good hold you back from what’s great

In real estate, it’s easy to get caught up in the details.

There are so many things to consider when buying or selling a house: budget, market value, location, and more.

But if you’re looking to make a big change in your life—like moving across the country or going from renting to owning—it can be tempting to focus on all of the factors that make it difficult.

Don’t let those factors hold you back! If this is something that matters enough for you to do, it’s worth doing right.

Closing contingencies are the most important factors in your home-buying process, and they can make or break a deal.

Home Inspection: This is a crucial step in making sure that your home is in good shape and ready to be sold. You want to make sure any issues are identified and resolved before you start showing it off!

Appraisal: An appraisal is an estimate of how much your home is actually worth. It’s an important step in the closing process because if you don’t get one, then it could cause delays or even prevent the deal from closing at all.

Financing: Financing is necessary because most people don’t have enough cash lying around to buy the property outright! The good news? There are plenty of different loan options out there!

Home Sale: This is where everything comes together and you get paid for your house!

If you have pets and kids, you probably want to keep your floors looking great. But that’s not always easy. Here are some tips for choosing the right flooring!

1. Tile is a good choice because it’s easy to clean, durable, and looks great. You can even get it in patterns or colors that will make your house feel more like home.

2. Luxury vinyl is soft, warm, and great for pet paws and little feet alike. It’s also super durable and easy to maintain.

3. Hardwood floors are beautiful and classic. If you’re thinking about installing hardwood, make sure it’s something you’ll love for years before making the investment!
