Leaping into Pittsburgh Real Estate at 23 years old, I was wide-eyed, ambitious, and ready for a challenge. I quickly learned that building a career in this business would be one of the toughest things I had ever taken on.
Some of my first opportunities came from friends and family who trusted me, and I knew I had to earn that trust by being the hardest worker in the room. From there, I learned from great mentors and colleagues and even taught myself a lot along the way.
Early in my career, I made the decision to continue my education and earn my Pennsylvania Broker’s License to better understand the business, challenge myself professionally, and ultimately become a better advisor for my clients. My business is built entirely through relationships, referrals, and word of mouth, without relying on paid lead sources. That support has helped me reach milestones I never would have expected including being recognized among the top 1.5% of real estate professionals nationwide.
I have also learned that running a business means wearing every hat: sales, marketing, accounting, budgeting, planning, and everything in between. Some days, that is the hardest part. It is also part of what keeps me excited about the challenge.
I am proud of what I have built so far, grateful for everyone who has played a part in it, and even more motivated for what is ahead.
