Annual home sales have now fallen for three straight years, with each year marking a new low not seen since 1995, when the country had 70 million fewer people than it does today.

Indeed, “2025 was another tough year for homebuyers, marked by record-high home prices and historically low home sales,” says NAR Chief Economist Lawrence Yun. “However, in the fourth quarter, conditions began improving, with lower mortgage rates and slower home price growth."

This series was created with one goal in mind: to educate and empower people about homeownership—without pressure, pre-approval requirements, or gatekeeping. Whether you’re currently renting, rebuilding credit, or simply beginning to explore the idea of buying a home one day, this space is for you.

This is a free, pressure-free environment where you can come as you are, ask questions, learn, and build community alongside others who are navigating the same journey.
