Bank Statement Loans

How many of us know about Bank Statement Loans??

This is more for ppl/investors looking to buy real estate but who can’t qualify for a traditional loan using the traditional income documents like a tax return so this may be a great alternative tool in your toolbox for buying Real Estate. NOW you will most definitely have to pay higher Interest rates on your loan than a person with all their paperwork would have to, you will determine if it’s worth it for you to BOSSup or not. Most require you to have a credit score of atleast a 640 and you’ll need about 10% down, theres no PMI and you can even put the property in your LLC name even if you’re buying it as a primary residence which is always awesome to do. Meaning you can use your food stamps to qualify for this loan, wow my favorite OPM!!
