I got into this business as an investor first and that is how I see real estate - what is the investment you are making? This means you are going to gain my years of experience looking at real estate and marketing real estate. We aren’t going to talk much about how nice the pain on the walls is, however we will take a deep dive into making sure the plumbing is up to code, the furnace and AC work, the roof isn’t leaking and termites aren’t eating away at the home.
