Alright, here's something a little lighthearted to get everybody through the rest of the work week! Hope you enjoy!

If you're from Pittsburgh, chances are you've heard of a Pittsburgh potty. And if you've ever looked at houses around here, you might have even come across one!

For those of you who aren't familiar with the term, imagine walking down into a basement and finding a toilet just sitting there in the middle of the concrete floor... no walls, no privacy, no problem!

As a real estate agent, l've learned that Pittsburgh homes have plenty of unique features, but the Pittsburgh potty might just take the cake!🏆🚽

So, I did a little interview about this legendary Pittsburgh tradition, and I thought it would be fun to share it with everyone!

🏡 Another successful sale and purchase in the books! 🎉

I recently had the privilege of helping my client and friend, Sharyn, sell her current home and purchase a new one—all with a home sale contingency.

For those outside of real estate, home sale contingencies can be one of the most challenging types of transactions to navigate. There are a lot of moving pieces, strict timelines, and coordination required to make everything come together smoothly.
