While the nation gets ready to celebrate its landmark 250th birthday this weekend, today we are celebrating what would have been my wonderful mom’s 101st birthday.

Mom absolutely loved this time of year. For her, July 1st wasn't just her birthday—it was the official start of the Fourth of July festivities, surrounded by the family she loved so much. She was always the heart of our gatherings.

We are missing her laughter and her bright spirit extra today, but we're raising a glass to a century-plus legacy of love. Happy Heavenly Birthday, Mom! Enjoy the fireworks with dad, from the best seat in the house. 🎆❤️🎂
