Despite how much I love to talk, I can sum up everything you need to know about me in a few paragraphs. I love real estate more than anyone probably should and I enjoy surrounding myself with people who make me happy. Before realizing my passion was in Pittsburgh real estate, I worked in sales, trust and tax accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and ran a small financial accounting advisory compan
y. In addition, I learned the technical side of real estate as a Marketing & Transaction Coordinator for the Dustin Nulf Team and gained experience in large scale real estate investing from working with McKnight Realty Partners, a local family owned company that owns 7 million sqft of commercial real estate – most of which is in prominent redevelopments such as the Heinz 57 Center, Oliver Building, Highline, Embassy Suites, and the Grant Building. I have a background in Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh and founded the Real Estate Association at Pitt; a group that educates students on all areas of the real estate industry. This group eventually led to the University starting a Certificate Program in Real Estate Finance and my next goal is to initiate a Real Estate bachelor’s degree at the Pitt College of Business Administration. I belong to the Pittsburgh Real Estate Investors Association (REIA), Pittsburgh Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), Pittsburgh Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP) which gives me access to thousands of local investors as well as a wealth of valuable real estate insight. I am currently a multi-million-dollar producer and go-to investment advisor at the Dustin Nulf Team and couldn’t be happier!
