Flashback Friday to the time I listed a 1956 time capsule house with a FALLOUT shelter! It was like taking a step back 70 years, the details and materials used were amazing in homes built in that era - it was so cool! Aluminum backsplash in the kitchen, multiple built in features in the home like a built in scale in the bathroom, tiki bar in the basement, chevron walls, multiple fireplaces… this place was such a vibe!

The view off the front of this home is so beautiful and I know they will get a lot of use out of that front deck watching the sunsets as the seasons change 💚 I love the flow of a mid-century ranch home and the thoughtful features that were put into homes of this time frame.
