This week’s spotlight shines on Wes Haertling, our Agent Development Director!

Wes first joined Whitetail Properties in 2015 as an intern, then went on to serve in our marketing department before becoming a Land Specialist. In 2021, he returned to take on his current role, where he helps guide and support our incoming and new Land Specialists as they launch their careers—and continues to work with them throughout their ongoing development.

Wes’s experience, mentorship, and passion for helping others grow make him an invaluable part of our team. We’re grateful for his leadership and the impact he’s made on so many of our agents’ journeys!
