CLOSED!! I can’t believe I’m saying this but these clients MADE MONEY by buying this home! With a combination of Sellers Concessions, utilizing a VA loan, and hitting the market at the perfect time - they actually took home money at closing 🤯. This is definitely a 1st for me and I couldn’t be happier for them!
