🎉 CLOSED 🎉 Some sales are smooth and some have lots of hurtles - this one was 🍌’s from the start. Sold at top dollar, the VA appraisal came back above value & the appraiser noted that the home was meticulously cared for and loaded with high-end upgrades. The home wasn’t the hurdle but unknown’s kept on popping up delaying closing. Thankfully both parties pushed (& pushed & pushed) to get this home closed so my Sellers can finally settle down south.
