Having grown up in Rochester and selling homes here for over 35 years, I have seen first hand the growth and many changes that have taken place ~ especially the evolution of downtown. For a city of our size, the number of cultural Venues and offerings is incredible~ Rochester philharmonic Orchestra and Rochester Broadway Theater League, GEVA, Memorial Art Gallery, The Rochester Public Market, The George Eastman house, the JAZZ and Fringe Festivals, and numerous other festivals that take us through the summer. (Park Ave., Cornhill and Fairport Canal days, to name a few)
We are loaded with lush parks, lots of greenspace and hiking trails, and are a short drive to so many of the wineries springing up all over the Finger Lakes. Real estate transactions are complex, and loaded with details. I never forget that this is a service business . Whether I am representing a buyer or seller, my goal is a smooth transaction.
