Today’s crawlspace. Multiple issues today both from a health standpoint with organic growth, and from a structural standpoint with a rotting center beam. Those unfinished spaces people rarely go in if at all should be monitored at least a few times a year. This has been an on going problem which I would say rarely happens over night. This area of the house didn’t have a chance with the wet condition.

Sometimes you just have to do for your clients what you gotta do like sticking your head in a septic tank. Just make sure you hold on to the camera tight and keep your head above water. Good thing I took a peek inside as the baffle in the tank is damaged. Which could potentially plug the lateral field, and cost big $$$$. So if you have a septic. It may be worth your time to take a look.

This was today's inspection. This is what could happen when you terminate a bathroom exhaust fan in the soffit area. Attics already struggle to stay dry with varying weather conditions. Best not add to that struggle.
