🎉As we begin escrow, I’m creating the transaction file, reviewing disclosures, scheduling inspections, communicating with the lender, coordinating with escrow and the listing agent, tracking important contract deadlines, reviewing inspection reports, negotiating repairs or credits, answering questions, addressing issues as they come up, and making sure we stay on track for closing.
🔑Getting an offer accepted is exciting, but there’s a lot that happens between “Offer Accepted” and “Here Are Your Keys!”
🏡My job is to manage the details, anticipate potential problems, keep everyone communicating, and guide my clients through each step so they can focus on the exciting part… buying their new home!
