We are in the height of the season and the snow keeps coming down in the north. No wonder it is so busy here in Florida this year. The Florida Sun Coast is setting all kind of records this year in terms of visitors and people moving to the area. Now that homes are selling briskly up north, boomers have no excuse not to make the migration to the Sunshine State. Old Man Winter is doing his best this year to push folks down to our part of the world.
So why are so many people landing here on the Sun Coast? People can live the laid back Florida lifestyle at an affordable price. Even with prices creeping up we still represent one of the best values in all of Florida. Look at Rotonda for instance, Where else can you live in the middle of 5 golf courses, have access to some of the best boating, fishing and beaches in Florida all for a low $166 PER YEAR HOA fee. If you love the Florida outdoors lifestyle, I will challenge you to find a better value ANYWHERE.
