Closing day for my clients!

Congratulations to New Jersey’s newest homeowners Diego and Katherine! It was truly a pleasure representing them on the purchase of their first home, this beautiful new construction.

Like any real estate transaction there were a few unexpected challenges along the way but we were able to overcome them all and get them to the closing table. I’m grateful for their trust in me to help guide them through this process while they were out of the country for work the whole time.

Closing day for my client!

Congratulations to Jonathan on the purchase of his first home. When we first started our search Jonathan let me know he wanted to purchase a multi-family home where he could live and collect rent towards his mortgage and eventually rent the entire home and do it all over again. Well we did just that and found him a home in Northern New Jersey with a HUGE lot which is hard to come by. Can’t wait to see him reap the benefits of home ownership and real estate investment. Looking forward to helping him purchase many more properties in the future.

Closing day for my clients!

This one was extra special because I got to help out a close family friend I’ve known since I was 6 years old with the purchase of his first home for his family.

It was not an easy road and took a lot of searching and offers but we finally were able to make Jose Luis and Anabel’s dreams of home ownership a reality.

Wishing them tons of happiness in their new home and can’t wait to come over for the kids’ birthday parties in the summer to enjoy that great backyard.
