617 Tanglewood Drive in Noblesville has a new owner - Congratulations to my first-time homebuyer!🤍

From the very beginning, he knew exactly what he wanted. We toured one home (this one), put together a strong strategy, submitted our offer, and got it accepted. Along the way, we had the opportunity to negotiate a few things and was able to get most of his closing costs covered too; making that first step into homeownership a little easier!🙌🏻

What means the most to me isn’t just helping someone buy a house, it’s helping them confidently step into a new chapter of their life. After closing, he told me that everyone had warned him the home-buying process would be a nightmare, but he felt the exact opposite.
