LABOR DAY OFFICE CLOSURE

Our office will be closed in observance of Labor Day.

If you experience a maintenance emergency while the office is closed, please call 317-837-1800, ext. 3 to submit an emergency maintenance request.

Maintenance emergencies include:
• No air conditioning when the outside temperature is above 80°F
• Refrigerator not working
• Toilet not working in a one-bedroom unit
• No heat when the outside temperature is below 40°F
• Active water leak
• No electricity
• Fire alarms sounding — call 911 first, then contact emergency maintenance

Our residents came together for a little school supply assembly + community service! 💙 From sorting supplies to putting together goodies for local students, every helping hand made a difference.
