If you see this type of insulation in your attic. Do not disturb it. It may contain Asbestos. It is called Vermiculite. Best just to leave it alone. But, if renovations are in the future where it will be disturbed, have it tested prior to removing it.

If your inspector doesnt use Thermal Imaging, hire one who does. Or better yet, call us.

This one had several issues. You still need to get an inspection. Found leaks in two of the bathrooms. You would think the plumbers would double check the plumbing drains for leaks, and debris in the floor drain.
