A Clean Start A Clean Start helps seniors and their families during big life transitions. Serving IL & MI. ACS opened its doors in 2009.

We provide services to help with packing, move management, cleanout, and preparing homes for sale. A Clean Start (ACS) provides a variety of services to lenders, realtors, asset managers and real estate investors. Our quick response and our high level efficiency allows us to get in quick and get the job done fast. This enables the property to be placed back on the market; giving the Lender, Realtor or Investor the best chance to sell their property quickly. Since then we have successfully completed over 2,500 properties. Please call us on your next property and give it "A Clean Start".

A Clean Start had an amazing time being a part of the Alzheimer’s Walk in Joliet yesterday. It was incredible to look around and see everyone who has been impacted by the disease and in so many different ways. Whether it’s our own family members, friends, clients, etc we all know someone who is impacted by this. Hopefully we can raise more awareness and make it an even bigger and better walk next year! 💜

“I’ll just do it myself” can quickly turn into time off work, weekends spent sorting, and evenings trying to coordinate everything. You want to help your family, but you don’t have to carry the entire workload.

A Clean Start can help with downsizing, packing, moving, unpacking, donations, cleanouts, deep cleaning, preparing a home for sale, and listing the property with Ralph Osuch: Legacy Realty Latta Young. We take more off your plate, giving you more time to be there for the people you love.
