The best time to buy isn’t necessarily when the headlines tell you to. It’s when your finances, lifestyle, goals, and the right opportunity align.

Real estate is personal, and the smartest decisions come from understanding both the market and your own circumstances.

If a move is somewhere on your radar, let’s start with a conversation, not a sales pitch.

🇺🇸 LABOR DAY TINA-TALK! 🏡🔑

Labor Day may mark the unofficial end of summer… ☀️➡️🍂
but it definitely doesn’t mean the real estate market is taking the season off!

As we head into fall, I took a look at the latest SmartMLS data for Windham County — and our Northeast Connecticut market continues to show its strength. 📊🏠

📈 Median sale prices are up about 4% from last August
🏡 The number of homes sold is nearly the same as last year
🔑 And we actually saw slightly fewer new listings come on the market this August compared with last August

So what does that mean if you're thinking about buying or selling this fall?

🎥 Check out this week’s Tina-Talk!

Labor Day is a celebration of hard work — and for so many of us, our home represents years of that work: building a life, raising a family, creating memories and building equity. ❤️🏡🇺🇸

And remember…

☀️ The summer market may be ending — but opportunity isn’t! 🍂🔑

Real estate is LOCAL. If you want to know what’s happening in your town or what your home may be worth in today’s market, let's talk!

Happy Labor Day from Tina Lajoie & the Gold Key Team at Signature Properties of New England! 🇺🇸❤️🤍💙

🏡 SOLD — AND THIS ONE MEANS A LOT. ❤️🔑

Some closings are about real estate. Others are about people, history, memories, and finding a way forward when the circumstances aren't easy.

This one was personal.

I grew up in the same neighborhood as this family and was friends with the girls growing up. This home has been part of their lives for more than 50 years. ❤️

It took TEAMWORK. Sometimes getting to the closing table means looking at the big picture and going the extra mile to help people through a difficult situation.

Today, we CLOSED. ❤️

This is why I love what I do. Real estate isn't always pretty or easy. Sometimes it's complicated and requires everyone to give a little more.

But when people work together, there is often a way.

Congratulations to everyone involved in making this one happen. So many professionals to thank! Attorney Audrey Kettle, Attorney Ian Sullivan, Erin Marceau, Dawn Lacroix, Attorney Tom Brennan, Rich Garceau, photographer.

Special thank you to the family for trusting me with this sale!
