As a Realtor my goal is to help people reach their goals in the home buying process. I was born and raised in the Wyoming Valley and I graduated Hanover Area Class of 2004. Im 6th generation resident here in North Eastern Pennsylvania and love it here. After college I moved away briefly but returned to the Pocono Mountains to raise my family. I am a resident of Wyoming county and know my roots are in NEPA. I cover all of NEPA from Hazelton to Susquehanna to Halstead to Stroudsburg and everywhere in between. I Love to help others and further my career by assisting people from far and near find their home in our beautiful community. I will listen to my client's needs and work hard for them. Finding them the right house is my highest priority. Veterans, First time Home owners and relocation are my favorite just to name a few.

First time home owner proud of his beautifully remodeled home. Many blessings to their future.

New home shopping rules effective Aug 17, 2024 PSA TO ALL HOME BUYERS:

Effective August 17th, a Realtor CANNOT show you a home unless you have signed a representation agreement with them. This includes calling the listing agent, and in some areas could lead you to be unrepresented.
Historically it was not a problem and we could show property without a signed agreement. However, as of August 17th a Realtor will not be able to tour any homes without you first signing that agreement.

This will be non negotiable for any real estate agent with a Realtor designation (one who agrees in advance to abide by the Code of Ethics). The form between the buyer and Realtor is a Buyers Representation Agreement. That agreement is basically your contract between you and that REALTOR saying you will be hiring them to purchase a home and agree to the roles, duties, and responsibilities owed to and from each of you.

Interviewing and coming to an agreement with the agent of your choice is an important decision and not one that should be forced upon you. Interview, and choose wisely. The good news is that together, we get to decide when our agreement expires. You may have to sign an agreement, but if you’re not ready to fully commit to a Realtor, you can always request an agreement that expires in a day, a week, or a month. You can even have an agreement in regards to a specific property only.

These agreements have been around for a long time. Agreements are and always have been negotiated, just like compensation.

Remember, interview your REALTOR, get referrals from your friends, and make your decision. Purchasing a home is a HUGE step! You’ll want someone that will look out for your best interest, someone that knows the local market well, someone that understands the contracts and addenda, someone that can explain your contractual deadlines and someone that will answer your calls and texts.

Thank you to all of past clients that have put your trust in me to buy and/or sell your properties.

You can always call me if you’d like more details. I am happy to be your REALTOR of choice and help you get where you want to be

In Brazil, this couple planted 2 million trees in 18 years, returning 172 bird species, 33 mammals, 15 amphibians, 15 reptiles and 293 plant species.

The whole world should know them. This is Lélia Wanick and Sebastião Salgado.

The couple decided to start the Terra Institute, a small organization that planted 2 million plants and revived the forest.

"There is only one creature that can convert carbon dioxide into oxygen, and that is a tree." We need to replant the forests. "

Using only local plants, the couple rebuilt the entire ecosystem from scratch and the area flourished significantly, allowing the fauna to return; thanks to their work, Lélia and Sebastião saved dozens of endangered species.

"The earth was sad as I was, everything was destroyed. Then my wife got a fantastic idea to replant this forest: all the insects, fish and birds returned, and thanks to the new growth of the trees I was born again."
