Kensington Gardens Owners at St James NY: We Still Have Buyers Waiting! The other weekend we held an open house in Kensington Gardens. The response was incredible.
We received many offers after the open house and continued receiving offers into the following day. With so much interest, we had to disappoint many buyers who wanted the co-op.
