Something sweet is coming to Letha’s!

Drumroll, please 🥁……..

Our big reveal: Starting May 1st, we’ll have a semi-permanent residency at Letha's in Plainville. Every Thursday, Friday, and the first Saturday of each month, our Pink Peony (pop-up) Bake Shoppe will be blooming with baked delights.

And we’re expanding the menu…
Muffins, scones, croissants, cinnamon rolls, and artisan breads are joining the party.

You’ll be able to stop in, browse our freshly baked and exquisitely decorated “cake case” and pick up the perfect sweet treat for any last-minute celebration. 🎂✨

But it’s not just for browsing. These pop-ups will also serve as your convenient pick-up location for custom orders, perfect for weekend celebrations like graduations, baptisms, birthdays, and holidays.

We’ll also be hosting consistent cookie and cake decorating classes on these days, featuring seasonal designs throughout the year so you can create right along with us. 🧁🌷

For now, we’ll continue operating as a cottage bakery. Once Letha’s licensed kitchen opens, we’ll be unveiling an even broader menu filled with new offerings.

The next chapter is rising… and we cannot wait to share it with you. 🥐🎉

Wow, thank you Plainville for turning out today!! We have just TEN Cookie Crawl totes remaining, filled full and ready to go home with you. We will be selling them at Letha’s tonight starting at 5:30pm; come help us sell out and stay for the lighted parade at 6pm!

For those who couldn’t make it, if you’ve made arrangements with us you can pick up your tote at Palmer Hargrave, 206 W. Mill St., from 10-4 on Monday.

Last night’s cake decorating class was so fun and informative! If you’d like to buy Ali’s model cake, bid on her post - both delicious AND beautiful! ❤️🎄

CAKE AUCTION!!!
Here is an opportunity to sample one of my delicious cakes at a minimal cost. I completed this cake for demonstration purposes at my cake class last night. It is a 6 inch two layer vanilla sponge filled with strawberry buttercream and strawberry crunch crumbles. It is frosted and decorated in vanilla American buttercream. It will serve up to 12 people. You can pick up this cake in Woodston at any time, I can deliver to Stockton at no charge on Friday or you can pick up in Plainville during Home for the Holidays held at the senior center between 11am and 5 pm on Saturday. Bidding starts at $1.00 and ends today at 7 pm.

What a fun surprise! The USD 270 Plainville Cardinal Chorus treated our guests from Network Kansas to a live performance today. 🎶🎵🎄🎅🏼
