Arbor Meadows is officially sold out. 🏡

We broke ground on this Cromwell community back in 2019, and this July, we closed our very last home.

We designed Arbor Meadows to be different from the start, smaller lots woven between manicured greens and wildflower pockets, with wildlife corridors and open space that will stay untouched for decades. It's minutes from TPC, top-rated schools, and downtown Middletown, and it's built for every stage of life, from young families to empty nesters.

Breaking ground on 15 Haviland Street in Bristol! 🏗️

We're kicking off construction on 11 new rental townhomes, split between a five-unit building along West Street and a six-unit building (with garages and an ADA-compliant unit) along the edge of the property.

Each townhome will offer approximately 1,400 sq ft of living space with two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, plus a paved parking area for residents. Rental pricing will be shared as we move further into construction.
