12 things to remember (so you can be a happy human… most of the time 😄):

1. Drink the coffee. Buy the shoes. Life is short.

2. Not everything deserves your energy… some things barely deserve a side-eye.

3. Be kind — you never know who’s having a day worse than yours.

4. Laugh at yourself. You’re hilarious, whether you try or not.

5. Text your people back… eventually. We’re all a little guilty here.

6. Celebrate the small wins — they turn into big ones.

7. Don’t compare your Chapter 2 to someone else’s Chapter 20.

8. Say thank you more. It costs nothing and means everything.

9. Protect your peace like it’s your full-time job.

10. If you wouldn’t say it to your friend, don’t say it to yourself.

11. Dance in the kitchen. Highly recommended. Zero skill required.

12. Be the kind of person you’d want to work with, live near, and grab coffee with ☕

Bonus: You don’t have to have it all figured out — just keep showing up.
