I love my town and the surrounding areas as well as the White Mountain region of the state, where I have owned rental/vacation property and also helped others with theirs. out the homes in this area is the diverse architectural styles. I used to(still do, actually) drive all over the back roads, trying to get lost while admiring the houses as I pass. I also find it extremely interesting to meet new people and hear their unique stories; exciting stories of what is bringing them to sell their house or why they're moving to the area. It feels good to help those people in one of their most important life transitions. My goal is to put everything I have into each transaction and make that transition go as smooth and stress free as possible. I work with an amazing company Keller Williams. They are the #1 company for training. And, with well over 300 fellow agents in my office, I have access to an unlimited amount of real estate knowledge. I feel excited and blessed, being able to bring my passion to my work and to be a part of others' new adventures in life.

Under Contract!!! and...UNDER ASKING😃😃😃
My second under contract this month. This was the buyers second offer, since beginning their search(two weeks ago). 🤯
It was my other buyer's 1st offer!
BOTH were multiple offer situations.
It's not always about the price. The other terms in the contract matter...a lot.
