Dallas really said “here’s your new personality trait” and it’s Salt & Straw 🍦🤍

Their motto is “we highly recommend tasting it all” and honestly… they weren’t kidding. Every flavor feels so creative, they’re literally smashing, drizzling, ribboning, and sprinkling ingredients together in ways I would’ve never thought of, but somehow it all works!!

Definitely not your average ice cream stop!!

Today alone, here’s what my client didn’t have to worry about:

+ waiting on a lender to reply
+ reading through a dense inspection report
+ remembering what time the appraiser was coming
+ getting a hold of the title company

I can’t even count the number of times this has happened.

We walk into a home that looks way cute...original wood floors, a pretty backsplash, string lights on the back patio.

And while my clients are falling madly in love, I’m noticing things like how the floors slant and the windows have been painted and the peel and stick tile is already peeling away from the wall.

Yes, it has curb appeal, but we have to look beyond the paint colors and fun artwork and closer at things like the seller’s disclosure and an inspection report.

Sometimes I feel like a real Debbie Downer but it’s my job to point out the facts and help you make informed decisions.
