College degree required (any major) OR Associates and 2 years real estate experience
Job description:

This is a full-time job in the office
Pay is $16 - $20 per hour plus bonuses
Enter listings
Answer inbound calls and answer questions for clients and agents
Follow up on transactions to make sure things stay on track
Show homes (if active license)
What you will NOT do:

Cold calling to get leads (we already have too many leads)
Sit on open houses
Drive around to properties
Hand out business cards and annoy friends and relatives
Work Schedule:

Primarily 9-6 or 12-8, but will vary. You will be required to work one weekend day and get a weekday off. Your day ends when your work is done - not when the clock says you're done.

Office environment:

Health oriented, non-smoking office
Work stations have option for walking treadmills
All desks are sit/stand elevator desks
Dress is casual because we are primarily an online company.
What we do:

We are a high volume real estate office that is office based. We give commission rebates to buyers who locate their own properties, and list properties on a flat fee basis rather than on commission.
