This is exactly why Iām still in real estateā¦
Itās the kind of industry that can leave you feeling empty one minute nothing moving, nothing happening and then suddenly youāre overwhelmed, flooded with calls, deals, emotionsā¦ staying up at night trying to keep up, barely catching your breath. Itās exhausting. It tests you in ways people donāt see.
But thenā¦ there are moments like today.
Moments that remind you why you started.
I met Cory and Cherrell before life grew into what it is now for them before their sweet little angel came into the picture. We clicked instantly. Same love for basketball, same random debatesā¦ and yes, maybe even bonding over how much the Dallas Cowboys stress us out š
But somewhere along the way, they became more than clients. They became people I care aboutā¦ like family.
And now I get to be part of one of the biggest moments of their lives helping them find a home, watching their journey grow, holding their baby in my armsā¦ thatās something no transaction, no commission, no ādealā could ever replace.
This is what people donāt understand about real estate.
Itās not just contracts and closings.
Itās people. Itās trust. Itās relationships that stay long after the keys are handed over.
The joy I feel being a small part of someoneās life storyā¦ the loyalty, the connection that never fades.
Today was a reminder of my why.
And no matter how hard it getsā¦ that feeling will always bring me back. ā¤ļø
