Los Rios residents beware if you have pets out at night. This animal came up in front of our house last night in Plano and decide to cry out. Scared the bejesus out of us. I'm glad that sound was not a dog getting hurt like we thought. It's crazy the amount of wildlife we get in our neighborhood!

I wanted to post on this page in case any neighbors do not get on Nextdoor frequently. I'll try and keep this short but PLEASE READ!

We have been having a suspicious person in the area since September. The police have been called about this multiple times including last night.

There is a white male in a gray Kia Soul, maybe in his 50s that has been driving through the alleys and fronts of homes at night taking photos and watching houses.

He has been at my house 3 times in the past week. This IS NOT a person doing their job. Many people are dismissing this as that. Those people do not do their jobs in the dark on Saturday and Sunday night. My husband tried to approach last night and the guy sped off. Not the actions of someone doing their job.

He has been spotted also sitting outside Dooley Elementary and Williams High School as well.

Please be vigilant, keep an eye out for anything strange and most of all, please do not hesitate to contact the Plano Non Emergency PD line if you see him. We need to come together and stop this to keep our children and neighbors safe. I am not feeling like this is a thief, it feels a little more ominous than that. A neighbor has caught him in the daytime doing this as well. I will post the photos she took so you all can be aware of what to look for.
