This was from February 3rd very recent. Someone got caught illegally dumping trash on the side of the road, and now police are looking for them.

This one took a full 2 days to get done 💪
We removed and demolished a gazebo, took down two deck sections, cleared bushes behind the gazebo, cleaned up fallen leaves, and even provided a gutter cleaning quote.
The goal was simple: get this home fully ready before the owner and his family move in. Jobs like this are all about timing, planning, and doing it right the first time.

How does this happen?
This trash was left behind by the previous owner, likely thinking the city would take it but they didn’t. Now the new homeowners are stuck dealing with it after closing.
I’m genuinely curious: • Is this missed during walkthroughs?
• Is responsibility not clearly communicated?
• How can buyers protect themselves from this situation?
